Research Seminars

As a first-rank research university, research seminars are a fundamental part of scholarly activity at UCSB. Seminars are an opportunity for faculty from campus or outside speakers to present on their research. Attendance is usually free and open to campus. Attend research seminars to learn more about what faculty on campus are doing, and as a way to figure our if their research is something you’re interested in. Attend presentations from outside speakers to hear more about that field. Below you will find a calendar of current research seminars from across campus.
